2. Website Operation

The University will make its best efforts to provide uninterrupted online services on a 24×7 basis using reliable systems and infrastructure. However, the University does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Online Admission System at all times. Service interruptions may occur due to circumstances beyond the University’s control, including natural disasters, technical failures, transmission issues, third-party service disruptions, or security breaches.

3. Conditions of Admission

Applications for admission must be submitted only through the Online Admission Portal within the notified date and time.

Applicants and guardians are advised to carefully read the admission criteria and notices published for different subjects or streams before submitting the application form.

Incomplete application forms or forms not complying with the prescribed instructions and eligibility criteria are liable to be rejected.

The University shall not be responsible for any incorrect admission granted inadvertently or due to suppression, misrepresentation, or incorrect information provided by applicants.

Candidates whose names appear in the merit list may be required to appear for counselling/verification, and seats will be allotted strictly based on merit and availability.

If seats remain vacant after the first round, additional rounds may be conducted for remaining applicants as notified by the University.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts.
